HOW IT WORKS

A simple guide to ordering, delivery, and pickup at Mzansi Kitchen



1. Place Your Order Online

Browse our menu, choose your favourite South African dishes, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your order.


2. Choose Your Fulfilment Method

At checkout, you can choose between:

A. Pickup in Store

or

B. Local Delivery 

Below is how each option works.


A. HOW PICKUP WORKS

Pickup Days & Times

Pickup is available on:

  • Wednesdays — 4pm to 6pm

  • Fridays — 4pm to 6pm

  • Sundays — 4pm to 6pm

Select Pickup in Store during checkout to reserve your collection slot.


Order Cut‑Off Times (Pickup)

To keep everything fresh and prepared on time:

  • Orders placed before 6pm → ready for the next pickup day

  • Orders placed after 6pm → roll over to the following pickup day


Pickup Notification

You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” message as soon as your order is prepared.


Collecting Your Order

Arrive during the pickup window and bring your order confirmation. We’ll hand your order over with a smile — and maybe a lekker chat.



B. HOW DELIVERY WORKS

 

Delivery Days & Times

Local delivery is available on:

  • Wednesdays — 4pm to 6pm

  • Fridays — 4pm to 6pm

  • Sundays — 4pm to 6pm

Your order will arrive during the selected window.


Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to selected suburbs within Adelaide. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.


Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are a flat rate of $10.00. Orders over $100 have free delivery.


Order Cut‑Off Times (Delivery)

Same as pickup:

  • Orders placed before 6pm → delivered on the next delivery day

  • Orders placed after 6pm → delivered on the following delivery day


Delivery Notification

You’ll receive a “Your order is on the way” message when your delivery is dispatched.


Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is home during the delivery window. If no one is available, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
